Multi-Segment Consistency Tests of General Relativity
Abstract
This work introduces a multi-parameter Multi-Segment Consistency Test that enforces consistency of extrinsic signal properties across independent waveform segments. Applied to the inspiral and ringdown portions of GW250114, the method strengthens area-increase constraints while retaining a physically consistent treatment of shared source properties.
